• Fill in the form which you can download or get at reception
  
• Sign both the form and terms and conditions and drop back into reception in the hotel or at the desk in H20
  
• Your photo will be taken in the club so we will text or call you to give you a time
  
• Once the form is filled out and your photo taken, your application will take 10 days to process
  
• You will be contacted via text or phone once the card is ready
